" I would like to express my appreciation of the fine job you did for me on both my kitchen renovation in August and the master bathroom renovation in December 2011. Both projects were of very high quality, completed on time and within the cost estimate you provided. The site was left very clean and all waste materials removed. I will have no hesitation having you return for other projects in my home as well as recommending you for other work. It was a pleasure to work with you and everyone associated with Kluem.
The scheduling of the kitchen cabinet installation and granite countertop for the entire project was very precise and executed exactly. As you well know, kitchen remodeling has a lot of components: sink, countertops, floors, wall cabinets and my renovation was no exception. In today's ultra-competitive real estate market, I needed all the help I could get from an interior designer and remodeler, and you delivered a superior product not once but twice.
After the successful job in the kitchen, I asked you to perform the same feat in my master bathroom which was out-dated. Since I am choosing to stay in my home for at least the next six years, the master bathroom remodeling was logically my next big project. As with the interior design of the kitchen, I deferred to your expert professional judgment concerning both layout and materials. Your design was perfect and the pricing was reasonable. Your design changed the look and functionality of my space without having to move the plumbing.
In closing, it is clear to me that Kluem strives to deliver the highest quality end product. Your flexible scheduling plan and willingness to incorporate my numerous additional changes is both appreciated and commendable.
Again, it would be a pleasure to have the Kluem team work for me on future projects. In fact, I look forward to you helping finish my wine cellar next February. Attached are some photographs of your two finished projects I took to show my family and friends. Feel free to use them in your promotional brochures.
As a result of Mr. Cetiner's innate artistic ability, meticulous attention to detail and professionalism, my kitchen is truly beautiful. Everyone that comes to my house is absolutely amazed at the design and quality of the workmanship that was done under his supervision. At that time, I knew when I was ready to renovate the bathrooms, I would ask Mr. Cetiner to design and build them...
Now it is 2012, my bathrooms are not only complete, but extraordinary. I really asked for the impossible and Mr. Cetiner never failed to exceed expectations. My house has very small bathrooms and I knew it would be difficult to make them look like modern 2012 bathrooms. They look twice as large as the original ones and are much more functional, not to mention they are truly exceptional in quality and appearance.
The project grows! It became obvious once the bathrooms were nearly complete the remaining part of the upper level needed a facelift. It was time for paint and new doors. What a difference it made. Mr. Cetiner was able to fit this work in the schedule while we were waiting for the shower door to be custom made and for a custom window to arrive, both of which needed to happen so the bathrooms could be completed. Again, he was most helpful in color suggestions and overseeing the project to ensure exemplary workmanship and successful final product.
Those extras!!!! Mr. Cetiner always made sure I was happy with the entire project from
beginning to end. He made several trips to the house each day to ensure everything was
completed to his standards. His crews were mannerly, conscientious, and worked far more efficiently and effectively than any other construction company I have dealt with. At the end of the day, they even vacuumed the entire work area to ensure the house was as clean a possible during the construction process.
Kluem Remodeling is the only construction company I will use in the future.
It's been a week since you successfully completed the transformation of my damp, uninviting basement into a wine cellar (or entertainment room). When I go down there, I'm reminded of the expression: "You can't make a silk purse out of sow's ear". This adage is normally used to mean that it is impossible to make something fine out of inferior or substandard material. I don't know how you did it but you have managed to change the least desirable room of my house into an absolutely wonderful living area. Everyone who has seen the room loves both the theme and layout.
Thank you (and Team Kluem) for everything you did to make this happen including the waterproofing, updating the fixtures, painting, putting up the stone wall, laying the new floor, and and finally putting the room together.
Kluem did a fantastic job for us. They were responsive, helpful, professional, on time (big points as far as I'm concerned) and on budget.
The crew were just as good... showed up on time and as scheduled, were very careful of the house and took care to contain the mess of construction (you can only do so much but they did everything they could), took their time getting equipment and materials downstairs so that not a single nick or ding happened, always laid down canvas to walk through the house, did a beautiful job, and then left the house clean and the project looking **exactly** as we had envisioned it!
My partner and I were thrilled with the work and would recommend Bowatch and his company absolutely without reservation to anyone!
